A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Christopher. By title, I’m a registered psychotherapist—but at heart, I’m simply someone deeply passionate about helping others navigate life’s complexities. My love for psychology and mental health began early, growing up immersed in team sports, textbooks and different environments where I learned about resilience, connection, and the struggles we all carry.

I bring a unique perspective to my work. I know how important it is to feel understood, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.
 

I have been told that working with me can feel rewarding, and I think that’s because I meet people where they are—with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help them thrive.
